Ingredients

  • 75ml Renastep™
  • 15g tinned pineapple (blended or finely dice)
  • 15ml coconut milk

Method

  1. Finely dice or blend the pineapple.

  2. Pour the coconut milk and Renastep into a jug.

  3. Add the pineapple to the jug, mix the pineapple and pour into the lolly mould.

  4. Allow to freeze for 24 hours.
