Pour the Renastep and water into a pan and warm on a low to medium heat.
Add the sugar, cornflour and rose water and whisk continuously for 3-4 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken.
Remove from the heat (it will continue to thicken when chilled).
Line a bowl with cling film and pour the mixture in.
Let the mixture cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then transfer to the fridge and chill for 2-3 hours or overnight if possible.
When chilled, loosen the cling film, and flip the pudding over on to plate.
Serve garnished with pistachios (if permitted) and rose petals.
