Peel 2 carrots.
Chop carrots into small pieces.
Boil carrots until soft (10-12 minutes).
Drain water and allow carrots to cool.
Add breast milk, standard infant formula or a specialised low potassium, low phosphate feed (as advised by your dietitian).
Use a blender to whizz up to a purée consistency.
Add more milk if a thinner consistency required.
Use straight away or add in to ice cube trays.
