Peel the butternut squash, scoop out the middle and chop into small pieces.
Chop the broccoli into small pieces.
Boil the butternut squash for approximately 8-10 minutes.
Add the broccoli to cook for a further 5 minutes.
Drain water and allow vegetables to cool.
Add 100ml breast milk, standard infant formula or a specialised low potassium, low phosphate feed (as advised by your dietitian).
Use a blender to whizz up to a purée consistency.
Add more breast milk, standard infant formula or the specialised low potassium, low phosphate feed if a thinner consistency required.
Add into ice cube trays and freeze or use straight away.
